try calms forte…..http://www.calmsforte.com/
you can get it at Wal-Mart. I use it and it is the only thing that has ever been able to help me with my sleep problems…better than a prescription.

Hard work and exercise. The average American does not do near enough hard work and gets far too little exercise to get the body into a regular work/rest cycle. Eat a good diet, work hard, play hard and rest well. That is the best most natural sleep aid you can get. If you job has you sitting all day long, look for ways to spend energy and work your muscles, you will be amazed.

A natural sllep aid would be
Valerian Root.-try it it works!
it helps my whole family.

You can drink chamomille tea, sweetened with honey. Also, there is valerian root, but it does smell bad and i mean bad, so you could go find valerian extract caplets and drink one before going to bed.
as for the nigh blood pressure, you can help your body by drinking lots of water, and try adding these spices to your food.
basil
bay leaf
chili powder
cinnamon
cumin
curry powder
dry mustard
garlic powder, not garlic salt
onion powder, not onion salt
oregano
paprika
parsley
pepper, black and red
and thyme.

Melatonin…. You can purchase this at your local healthfood store or if you are in an area where a Trader Joe’s is, that is most likely the cheapest place, but it is relatively inexpensive. Works pretty well too.
Check out: Melatonin.com

Get a part time job in the evenings, UPS has lots of them. You’ll get paid for working out and feel very relaxed after working.

Place a sachet of floral scents (lavender, chamomile) under your pillow and sleep with an eye mask. A warm bath can also do the trick. Try putting thicker curtains over your windows at night so the place is nice and dark. Limit yourself on the caffeine drinks in the evening.

Melatonin works like a charm. I’ve been using it for couple of years and I have high blood pressure as well. It’s very inexpensive and naturally occurring so it doesn’t have any negative interactions with medications. However, if you taking any type of antidepressants or anti-anxiety medications you should check with your doctor first before you take any type of sleep remedy.
Hope you sleep peacefully.

Go to any herb shop give them a history of your health and let them know what you need, how your sleep has been going. I did this and the sleep aids that were given to me are working great! I do not want to give you a name, because it may be different, because of your medical condition.

Try this. It really works.
Sleep with socks on. Make sure you’re barefoot at least an hour before bed though. Then put the socks on.

wash your head under running water (dont use ice or hot water)for 10 minutes before going to bed.this will do.
if you have any other problems it may not work.if you have constipation take a 8 ounce water enema.

warm milk!

Melatonin can be bought in a health food store and it works great. In fact many of health food stores have a little section on natural and herbal sleep remedies and they really do help.
Also…. practice a little meditation and quieting of the mind before sleep. Stay off the computer and away from the tv for at least an hour before sleep.
Good Luck

My personal fave is peppermint tea (has no caffeine) with milk and a little sugar. If you use loose tea, you could put a small amount of catnip in with the peppermint. It’s harmless to humans, and helps to relax you.
Other than that, having an established routine, using the bedroom only for sleeping and sex, making sure the room is as dark and quiet as possible (use earplugs and a facemask, if necessary) and having good comfy sheets, pillows and blankets all go a long way toward making it easier to get to sleep. Also, don’t let yourself toss and turn. If you lay down, and stay awake fore more than 10-15 minutes, get up and do something else until you’re tired, then lay down and try again.

I’ve heard you can make tea from the latex of certain poppy seed pods. This is natural, but also a felony
