Not being able to fall asleep is a problem, but not being able to stay asleep is a bigger problem. Why can’t you sleep? Find out what is not resolved in your life that is causing you anxiety and come to terms with it. Sweet dreamzzzzzzzzzz……..

Nighty Night tea is great. It helps you sleep through the night too. I have been on all kinds of medication for my sleeping troubles, but in the end nothing works, I sleep just a few hours each night and managed to drift into a half sleep while watching TV.

Eat an early, light dinner. Work out b4 bed and get your body tired. Fall asleep w/ some relaxing music and if you wake up panicky, take some deep breaths, tell yourself to relax and start over. I have to do this for myself, its about getting control of the worries in your head.

I read in a magazine that a couple drops of lavender oil placed on your pillow helps to fall & stay asleep because its smells nice, and is relaxing. You could probably use another type of oil other than lavender if you have a favorite scent.
