You know, this is a good question. It will be nice and simple to just take a pill and then all your problems to disappear, right?
Think about it: if there is something like a pill to treat sleep apnea, then all the planet will know about it. No one would bother to buy an expensive CPAP machine or make a dangerous surgery. Right?
Word of mouth is very powerful, and if somebody was treated with a pill, then he will tell to his friends, to other patients with sleep apnea, on the forums in the internet, and so on… But search for yourself on the internet and you will see that there are so few people who speak about a sleep apnea pill. I wonder why…
There are some natural treatment for sleep apnea, but the products are more complex (not just a pill), it takes a long time to see the results (at least 3 month) and the treatment is not for everybody. For example, if you have central apnea, or a strange shape of the skull , you can’t treat sleep apnea with just a pill or a natural treatment.
I haven’t tried so far a pill, to tell you that is working. It’s your decision. Maybe you will be treated. And if it’s true, scream on the net to tell everybody that your pill is working:)
I don’t think so since it is caused by your throat closing when you are asleep.
There ia a machine you can use that works very well for sleep apnea. It is called a CPAP machine and really helps me. I have used it for sleep apnea for over 10 years.
